Diario de heyitsbeth, 10 abr. 18

Wow it's been ages since I have been on here. Since I last wrote, a lot of changes have been made in my personal life...divorce, working a job on top of raising my kids and running my home, and now I have moved on to a better job with more time to pursue school this fall. My father passed away this past January, so that has been rough in itself. My parents have taught me so much and I am grateful I had them. However, the poor health choices my family has made still makes me all the more want my own health to be better. So I can be there for my kids, and have the energy also to make memories with them. Go do things with them. Yes it would be nice to lose this weight, but regardless this journey really needs to be more than aesthetics. Yesterday I hit the gym for a bit. And today I went in twice. As I have a gym membership now for this year, I really have not much excuse not to get out. My own treadmill decided to go bellyup this winter. But I think I focus better at the gym than at home. If the weather ever lets up it would be nice to work out, outside. Spring is really dragging its feet.

Your kids... no better reason to get on top of the heath thing and stay there. Keep that in mind every time you want to slack off and you'll make great strides.
