I hope everything is okay.. try to think positive, I know it's easier said than done.. I don't know where you live but where I am the sun is out and helps me to get out in it when I'm down

Don’t let it bottle up inside. Find an outlet: a journal, FatSecret community, a friend to talk to....but whatever you do don’t hold onto it by yourself. Best wishes

Find help... don't let it take over your life. I have clinical depression, among other issues, and there are medications, therapies, and life style changes (like exercise!) that help make the symptoms bearable - in fact, my life is pretty happy right now. Don't wait decades to seek out help, like I did: Call a hot line, get on the 'net, talk to your doctor - depression is nothing to be ashamed of

KiarraLynnClark, Sometimes what helps a person when they get down or depress is tey to reverse your thoughts. Try and think of all your accomplishments and think of all the things you’ve blessed with. I had a friend that stayed depressed and I told her when your emotions get to soaring and your spirit gets down, just start saying positive things outloud , example, Thank you God for my Family, Thank you God for my health, Thank you God for waking me up this morning, Thank you god for all the blessings you have bestowed on me. Then to change your spirit and train of thoughts listen to some good upbeat music or praise music and it will help you get out of the feeling down mode. I will be praying for you have God give you peace of mind and calm your emotions and the depression leave.
