Diario de debbra, 12 abr. 18

It's been a stressful four weeks. Illness of a beloved family member. And my eating has been erratic. But I managed to maintain my weight and even lose .2 pounds, which I consider a HUGE success under the trying circumstances. So I am giving myself a pat on the back, with hopefully a renewed boost in confidence.
