Today, for the first time, my weight showed up on my Weight History as green on the bar showing my latest weigh in. I have to say that just made me feel so cooooooollllll!!!!!!
Maybe silly, but I grinned through my water aerobics class, enjoyed making a yummy healthy lunch, wore new smaller clothes grocery shopping, stood a little taller, smiled a little brighter, ahhhhhh!
Now I'm going to enjoy fixing a nice dinner with the air conditioner humming, the sun shining brightly outside; it's a good day! Hugs for everyone! :o)
