Diario de heyitsbeth, 15 abr. 18

Rest day became a day of indulgence, and then later aggravation. Last night, not put in the diet log, I also caved and ate up fritos. Despite that my scale was down this morning, but with today's poor food choices.....ugh. Hopeful tomorrow will be better. Not giving up.

Never give up. Make tomorrow better, a couple days are meaning less. Get back to it and keep things moving in the direction you want to. You can do it.

So-o I tried to put profile picture of myself. Ended up being photos of my neighbors. Two guys. I am a woman. How do I delete?

We can't always be perfect. What is done, is over. Make adjustments in your next meal or next day so you stay on track for the week. It works.

I don't think you can delete it. All you can do is go back in and change it to something else.

from the website.. click on your name in the upper right hand corner. select update you bio. on the right side from there look for 'my image'.. that is where you can do it.

Finding frustrations with this site. I don’t want to give it up. You should be able to put in the amount of something you eat and if it is only 1/4 of a cup of something and info is telling you nutrients on one cup —- it should calculate what 1/4 cup equals. Anyone agree?

IKASTNER, sorry I didn't see your original question but I'm glad others answered it. When I need to quarter a cup, I enter the cup, save, click on the entry, another screen pops up, you then enter .25 or 1/4 and save for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The default is breakfast. I do this on the laptop. Phone is slightly different.

Hey Beth that is ok a cheat day can actually heal you loose weight and kick in insulin levels It’s very healthy for you
