Diario de LaraStar, 28 jun. 12

OMG, I went to kettlebell class today and I am feeling the pain. It was a very intense hour, I even had to pause a few times. It's a course over 6 weeks, I am sure the results will be great. If my legs are ok, I'll go running on Saturday.

I have just made a protein drink with almonds as I'm getting bored of the old PB. Does anyone know which nuts are best? I am ready to try something different.

Interesting on the protein drink with almonds. I've never made a protein drink with nuts. I imagine help seeds out to be good. Let me know what you find out. Now, Lara, weren't you like the kettlebell queen? If so, it's just a matter of getting back into it. I know the results will be amazing. Glad to see you journaling, girl.
