All work and no play makes ABitFat a dull boy.

That's pretty much all I have to say. Working too hard and not working out enough, I need to make up for not having fun and this is by eating crap and drinking a little too much for my own good.

Looking forward for the nice weather to come back.

I can relate ... not having quality personal time finds me replacing with treat food to compensate. emotional eating has been a lifelong struggle for me. my friend says for her it's feels like it's about control. when you feel like you have no control in your life you over eat to give you back the feeling you control something in your life .
