I need to find meals I can eat on the go. Today, I spent the majority of my time running errands. What I didn't do was pack fruit. I was hungry and found myself snacking on cookies. I have to get this snacking under control. I want to face the real reason why I think I need to snack. My health depends on me facing and making changes. While I learn and journal, I will release my concerns and face tomorrow with a clean slate.
