Diario de biblioholic03, 01 feb. 08

Well I still haven't been to the gym, I know Bad Alaina! I've just felt really tired and sleep all the time. My sleep schedule is so messed up, seriously. I got out of bed yesterday around 11, was up doing stuff on the computer and around the house and then took a nap for a few hours - why did I need to take a nap?! Then went to bed last night around 1, but didn't go to sleep until 4. So then I didn't get up today until gosh, 2. THEN after Greg and I ate I took a nap from 9-10:30. Does being on your period make you abnormally tired all the time? Maybe it's just me feeling lazy.

Going to Myrtle Beach tomorrow and going to do some geocaching, so that'll be a nice day. We're going to get up about 5:30, maybe it would best if I just stayed up.

Sometimes I have tired days too...I think if your body needs that much rest, take it!

I have low energy days too. Hope it doesn't mean you are coming down with something. But if you have the time to sleep, take advantage. Too often we are tired and are too busy to do anything about it. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

don't beat yourself up about it bib...i do the same thing but am slowly coming out of it(i hope) and my hubbys name is also greg....maybe there is something to that!!!!maybe greg's make us tired...lol....kidding aside though...sometimes we just need extra sleep....have fun tomorrow and get lots of sunshine!!!! gourd

Hey, I need to tell you what the doc told my daughter...low iron is a common affliction of women who are in their child bearing years, children or NO children! So, take vitamins fortified with IRON little missy!
