Diario de LSG417, 23 abr. 18

I decided to change my start weight so it would be more accurate according to my new scale. Since this scale is more accurate, I'd say that I actually did weigh 5 pounds more than I thought when I started this journey again. It's sobering to think that I actually had almost 50 pounds to lose. But the good thing is, I've lost more than half of what I need to lose. It has slowed down from what I was losing at first, but that's ok. You tend to keep weight off better when it's lost slowly.
