Dude me too. My family went to our favorite vacation spot last year and I was the youngest guy in the water park by probably about 20 years. And the most out of shape looking... I have 3 years till 40. My daughter is a teenager who loves snowboarding. Gotta get in shape to keep up... what’s your story man? 

I have always had a big appetite so a diet is hard. I have been trying no carbs and no sugar, but you will find everything has some. I did find I’m not hungry while sticking to Mostly no carbs and sugar. Steak, bacon eggs avocado salads with real dressing olives tomato broccoli cauliflower... 

Right there with you.. I'm a fat guy, at one time (and will be again) an athletic fat guy .. but still a fat guy. Even when I reach my goal I will still be a fat guy, just a fitter, healthier one. There are plenty of us here fighting the same battle right along side of you. Nothing wrong with being fat, the goal is to be healthy. Its a mindset thing not to look at being 'fat' as a negative. IMO that helps move one toward the goal.
