This past week has certainly been rough, in so many ways. But there's always good that comes from the struggles.My son is back home with us. He has a long road ahead of him, but we are with him all the way. I was able to manage my eating fairly well, despite the emotional stress and despite the fact we were eating out way more than I care to. While my weight fluctuated up a bit, which I expected, I was pleasantly surprised this morning to see the scale read .2 less than my weigh in last Monday. I haven't been drinking enough water, I certainly haven't been "regular" and have actually been constipated and I know I've retained water. Traveling and stress does that to me. So, yeah, to basically maintain while going thru stress is a huge accomplishment for me. I have the house to myself today, so I'm enjoying some quiet with my kitties, then going to get some much needed cleaning done. I also am going to get outside and enjoy the sunshine! We've had a week of rain, so I'm in need of my Vit D! Hope everyone has a blessed Saturday!!
