can't remember when my weight was so near 70s...
Now starts the weekend and as usual it will be really hard. Hopefully i wont get more that 500gr. and lose them before thusday and then start again!
I'll try to moderate alcool and eat less carbs and fats .....REALLY REALLY HARD!
