Great to find an active member.
I started over again the day after Thanksgiving 2011.
Weighing in at 215.
Today I am at 180.
I was using SparkPeople to Journal my calories in the beginning.
I make my menu before I start eating every day.
Sometimes I choose to alter my menu. I make the change before I eat the food.
Failing to plan is planning to fail.
