Hola, mi amiga, I see you are doing well. Me too, I dropped 3 lbs this week. I walked Wed and today 3.5 miles at lunch, feeling pretty darn good myself this week. Also started taking Vitamin D (it is supposed to cut cravings for sweets and help reduce belly fat). I haven't been having my 10:00 p.m. cravings this week. I think it is working. The studies say it is supposed to help balance hormones too, you should check it out. Luv Ya!
