My awesome sweetheart got out all of my stuff to do the Wii this morning and had fresh squeezed juice for me! I love that he wants to help me reach my goal. We are going to have a good dinner, veggie style! I have not done the greatest this week and I am not beating myself up about it, but I definitely need to get on a downward progression with my weight so that I can get to be healthy. My sweetheart is starting to try now too which is awesome. He is making great food choices!! I am happy that I got to enter a lower weight today!!

Hola, mi amiga, I see you are doing well. Me too, I dropped 3 lbs this week. I walked Wed and today 3.5 miles at lunch, feeling pretty darn good myself this week. Also started taking Vitamin D (it is supposed to cut cravings for sweets and help reduce belly fat). I haven't been having my 10:00 p.m. cravings this week. I think it is working. The studies say it is supposed to help balance hormones too, you should check it out. Luv Ya!
