Now that I'm back to work and moving more it seems to be a little easier.I do landscape and irrigation so in nw ohio se Michigan its seasonal and I dont do much in the winter. I drink way more water and eat way less because I'm constantly moving and chasing the money... I also am trying to still get to the gym 2 or 3 times a week. 5.5# and I'm to my 1st goal of 220. This will be the weight I ment my wife at. Then on to the second goal of 200!
