i am 83 nearly 84 widowed live alone and suffer from a few medical conditions the mos serious of which is COPD and empersemia 6 months ago i opted out of mormality and stayed in did no excercise and put on nearly 3 stone have come to my senses and am trying hard to rejoin the human race i started dieting 3 weeks ago and have lost over 3/4 of a stone have started excercising again and now walk every morning whatever the weather
