I am am Fitness freak and i dake this account for spreading awareness of Fitness for Everyone.
Guys as you all know the corona (covid-19) is going on, I want all my Friends to be safe and stay in their houses till the Vaccine come.
Always remember we can fight against the virus if we'll have a stronger immunity. And to have a stronger immunity I want you all to continue your workouts at home and take good healthy diet(specially vitamin C) with some immunity boosting food.
