I started my journey at 210 pounds. I am a business owner,wife, mother of 4 grown children and grandmother to 7 grandkids. I have known about Noni for years and have decided to start the FIT program. I am at 170 pounds now and would like to get to about 145 or 150pounds and look and feel good. I am 51 and 5 ft 5 in and in pretty good health.
