I've been obese my whole adulthood, overweight most of my life. I'm sick of being the fat chick. I've tried the fads, had success with some and not with others. As my husband and I begin to consider kids, it's time we start living the life we always talk about wanting with our kids. Healthy, active, old school... you know like parks, forests and lakes instead of the standard TV, video games and laziness. So it begins with a paleo inspired diet and a renewed appreciation for how much a body can change.
