Weight was never an issue for me but the last couple of years the pounds have been slowly creeping on. I currently weigh the same as when I was 9 months pregnant with my second child (16 years ago). I am very active; I am currently training for a 1/2 Marathon, but my activity level seems to make me more hungry. I actually gained 3 lbs. while training and I had to work hard to take off those 3 lbs. I've turned to Weight Watchers because I realize I can no longer eat whatever and whenever I want without gaining weight. I need to learn to make better choices and Weight Watchers is a good start!
