I am 36 and want to have a baby. I hope getting to my goal weight will improve my chances. I have tried South Beach, Weight Watchers, and Atkins. I had some success on all, but nothing over the top. My results were in line with my efforts! I enjoy excercise and good food. Double edged sword!
