I am 41 years old and live in the Seattle area with my wife of 18 years and two kids. I recently started mountain biking and commuting to work. It's a lot of fun and a great way to get exercise. But now I find it's hard to go to the gym. I really like being outside, even in the rain.

My goal is to get to 190 lbs and stay there. My wife is great at keeping me on track and fixing awesome, healthy meals.

I'm looking forward to the spring and summer!
