Hi, I'm Natasha.
I've been dieting/workout yo-yo since 2019, I've had a steady weight for 2 years (2019-2020) which was from 58 to 54 kg, I arrived at my lowest weight in the September of 2021, which was 50kg, I came to my heaviest weight in the august of 2022: 67 kg.
My goal for my height,153cm, would be weighting between 47-42 kg.
All the activities I did in this period:
I played tennis for about 5 months, I went running once a week for 2 months, I swam for 3 months and now I restarted (October 2022-January 2023 ->), I danced 2/week for 2 months and now while I swim I walk 4 km/day.
I trained a lot in the last few months but I didn't control my diet which is I'm here again.
