Hi! My name is April Lewis, I am a MAJ in the US Army. My husband and I have been together for 26 years and have 2 wonderful sons.
I love health and fitness but unfortunately, I was recently diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. It is a rare autoimmune disorder that is treatable not curable.
So my challenge is to lose some weight to maintain a healthy weight by using food with no exercise. (since it is early on, my doctor said no activity for now until we stabilized the medicine).
