Another year Fat ..I really need to turn my life around. Im and its depressing affecting my heath ,I don't go out .Lost my friends .People think Im not friendly cause i look down and dont look at people in the face and say hello .I want to .But my self esteem is so low I cant..All this and Im supposed to be a grown up in my 50s
Omg that was 2 years ago and lve put on over a stone since then l did nothing but eat..
l don't want to be like this any more ..feeling sorry for myself lm always telling people in work there's only so much help you can take from people and no matter how much help is on offer its all worthless if you don't help yourself.
l am ashamed of myself l have everything going for me .l have no worries no problems .Just wallow in self pity cause lm fat ..well today that stops .l am a nice person .lm loving giving funny Welsh and fat we can't all be perfect but l can try .if l lose the wieght with all my a tributes l can be perfect .lol still be old ..can't change that ..But be older wiser ..And enjoy the rest of my life..
I'm just joking l will never be perfect there's always something you want to change about your body .Can we ever be happy with our bodies? No but we can be happier if we do something about it.Eat to live not live to eat..
