What is there you would like to know about me? I have walked the earth for 69 years to date. I have been all over the US as a biker, former Marine/Soldier (27 yrs), former businessmen, former legislator, former Police Officer, former Firefighter & now retired. I love food & it likes me. I just wish it would not like me as well as it does! Thus I am here. Started here to get my diabetes under control. Started 05 January 2015.
