Hi, my name is Kelly. I went on a diet 7yrs ago and went from 186 to 130 with really no problem. Seven years later and 2 kids(3 yrs. and 2 1/2 mths) I'm going to try it again. I chose weight watchers because the last time I dieted, I used weight watchers to lose the lat 20 lbs. I hope it works again!! Good luck to all!!
