I have been battling weight for the last 20 years! There has been a lot of yo-yo'ng going on over those years. But, I have never taken off more than 20 pounds of so. I'm hoping I'm going all the way this time. I have the ultimate goal to work for! If my old pal and I both do this, I get to bring her to NS from Ontario for a visit. It's been about 15 years since we've been together. It is the ultimate reward !! I am going to pick up any slack I might encounter with the food,by exercising harder. My one commitment: NO EATING AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME!!
