Okay here we go again. I joined FatSecret back in 2006 and lost 20 lbs. I found the support of the groups on f/s really helped me a lot. Last year I had an accident and as I was getting better put the twenty and then some (I think) back on. I am syking myself up to start South Beach Phase 1 on Monday. Need you help! Weigh in on Monday morning. Yikes!
