Yes well. I've lost around 20-30 pounds in the past.

It helped to track my calories. I lost that weight in around 3 months.

But I gained it back with more weight.

At the moment, I'm trying to get back on the same regiment.

I currently am doing this alone, whereas last time I had 7 other roommates around me that were there as a support, and almost like to watch me do it. Now I don't have that. I also know that most people who lose weight quickly gain it back, so I want to figure out how to maintain it. Not go to extreme, but stay motivated and feel like im making progress.

Will have to learn how to maintain this habbit, maintain a healthy lifestyle, but for now I'm hoping to lose 1 pound at a time.
