I am 68 year old girl, living in the UK. I have been having problems with my mobility due to damaged Sciatica nerves on both legs. I have been on painkillers, steroids and in constant pain since May 2018. I have put on a lot of weight due to steroids. From my previous experience with steroids I know it is going to be a real struggle to lose weight. I must keep motivated and focused as I do not want to end up in a wheelchair.
I CAN DO IT!
