I was always thin until I hit the 30 and then it was downhill from there . . . it does not help that I work from home as a telecommuter and drive everywhere after I had my last child (who is now 14 years old) I never went back to the me I am used to. Instead every single year I have been gaining a few pounds here and a few more there, until now is like Wow! what happened!!??. Now I am trying to get ME back and will work hard to at least achieve my goal weight.
Have changed the way I eat and am reading labels and no longer buying sweets (that's my weakness, especially late at night)
