I've always struggled with my weight. Before my 2 boys, I used to weigh about 135-140. I am 5'1..scratch that, I just found out I am 5.75 ft tall.
In January 2017, I went on Ideal Protein and lost about 45lbs. I have slowly gained due to coming off & not following the maintenance plan, plus had surgery on March 21st, 2018.
2017 I did great on the Ideal Protein Method...2018 was a horrible year I was just gaining and gaining weight. I know I wasn't following my diet religiously or logging in much. Plus the surgery & so much stress. I am hoping that 2019 will be great & I'll be able to lose weight again.
