Starting fresh after having started at 320, getting down to 205, and going back up to 310.

Down 13 lbs in a week.. I'll gladly gladly gladly take it. Staying simple when I eat, and extending my night fasts.

Fell off the bandwagon for a while. I'm back. I started this journey in the summer of 2014 at 320 lbs. Following an LCHF/ketogenic way of eating, I lost over 100 lbs. Then I hit a major plateau and played with the same 5 lbs for months. I got discouraged about 6 months ago and started having cheat days that turned into cheat weeks and cheat months. I'm getting back to my healthy eating before I gain back everything I lost.

I'm a little frustrated with the scale at the moment. I'm still seeing shrinkage in the weirdest areas of my body... my rings are getting looser, my skin apron is getting shorter, my thighs look and feel thinner and less lumpy... but the scale isn't moving and the places I measure in inches haven't changed. Just gotta keep going though. I was 0.2 away from 220 and 100 lbs lost, and then we went to the drive in theater. We packed safe food, but I still over did it. It's so important to stop eating when full. Just because you can fit in those watermelon chunks doesn't mean you should. I think it was the atmosphere. People kept walking past our van with huge buckets of popcorn. The smells of popcorn, hot pizza, corn dogs and nachos were potent in the air. We didn't even go in the concession stand. So that's a win, right? Well, we only go to the drive in once every few years, so the next time, I'll be at goal. :) I guarantee!
