Took a break today from workout and counting cals. Was feeling tired and out of it half of the day, therefore decided to up my carbs. Mango blackberries smoothie.. yum.
Will take it slow for the next few days.

So, I need to stop weighing myself after each glass of water or after an orange! Portion control is the way to go. I know now. Lol.. I was hoping that if I could lose 300 Cal in medium high intensity work out, I could eat at peace. Apparently NO. Anyways, worried about lacking enough freshies.. but well.. the scale-scare is too real at the moment.
-Note to self:
Switch between green tea and apple cider vinegar.
Weigh ONCE in a day.
Stop looking up "carbs in spices"..

Finally decided to "do something about it." After cycling out 300 Cal in 20 to 30 mins and paying attention to my food intake, I lost a pound or two in 3 days. However, I am worried about gaining it back. I have been careful (but relapsing) about my diet and workout for the past 2 weeks.
Also I have been starting my day with 2tsp of apple cider vinegar in warm water. It might or might not have helped.
I lose a lot of Calories through House chores. It gets boring cycling on a stationary bike. And, l am getting a lot of things done. Hanging those pictures, spray painting containers feom the pantry--labeling them... :)
