I actually did loose!! Not much but yay!! I really didn’t even try!! Just ate healthy and fasted! I can deal!!! Come on I got this!!

Ok so no I didn’t loose this much weight!! I wish!! Anyways my scales I guess were broke. Ugh I kept feeling like something wasn’t right, but wasn’t quite sure what. So I bought some fancy new scales and this is my actual weight! So I really don’t know if I’ve lost anything or not. This is so frustrating. I am such an emotional eater. I really just wanna day eff this crap!! I look at myself in the mirror and am disgusted. I just can’t believe I am this fat.
I am going on a fast and I really don’t know how much I’m going to follow any health or diet plans at this point. I’m just gonna eat enough to keep me going. I really don’t want to be fat any more!!!
Yes I am negative nelly today!! Sorry ya all!! Hope all have a great weekend!!

I just want to say thank you to all who have encouraged me, support me, and have given me helpful suggestions! You all are awesome!!
I was feeling pretty down yesterday! I was feeling like I wasn’t loosing fast enough. When I was younger and lost a considerable amount of weight, man I could loose 10-15lbs a week. Well now that I’m older it’s not as easy for me and my body.
I am loosing though so that is a positive!! I will take it!! I am going to succeed at this!! I will reach all my goals!! I hope everyone is having a fabulous Saturday!! Keep setting goals and achieving them, as I’ll do the same!!! 😊

Hi everyone!! I am pretty new here. I have been doing Keto for about 3 weeks now and have only lost 12lbs. I had a fall off the wagon weekend though for my anniversary. I have been on track though pretty much the whole time. I feel like I should be loosing more. I really need support from ya all though please! My family are meat potatoes and gravy eaters!! So it can be a bit trying at times! 😀
So I’ve been on this journey before. When I was 32 I lost 150lbs and kept it off until I got pregnant at 42! Since then I can’t seem to loose the baby weight!! Any help suggestions or support would be so greatly appreciated!! Thanks ya all!!
