Sure doesn't feel like I'm down anything at all. But boy howdy am I glad to see a loss on that darn plastic freinemy of mine! :) Hope I can keep it up this time!

So tired today. I think my body is trying to get used to less calories and more exercise. I need a day of rest so my body can catch up to my mind. Ugh. But, just because I'm exhausted, does NOT mean that I will sacrifice my eating plan. I've discovered that it really is true that you tend to want to eat more when you're tired, weird though that may be. I think I also need to up my water intake. That could be contributing to these headaches. Made the best tasting dinner last night and am having it for lunch today. The stuff makes my tastebuds dance! Yum! (Plus, bonus, it's not that horrible for me, so woohoo!) Anyway, it's my Friday, so hopefully I'll be able to catch up on some sleep tonight.

So far so good. Thank creation for Weight Watchers and Lean Cuisine meals, I'm eating better but still maintainiing my weight loss journey. Even my boyfriend loves the food, so I'm able to purchase the larger sizes and share! I love this! I'm slowly adding in my own creations and learning how to portion control. Got a food scale so I can make sure I don't overeat. Never realized how many calories I truly consumed before until I started counting. Egads, I was intaking not only my portion but that of a very small country too! Now I'm able to turn away anything that might put me into a downward spiral because I'm working too hard to ingest anything to take away from the progress. Going on a more than 10 mile hike on either the 25th or the 26th. I can't wait. I bought a backpack to carry my lunch and water. It will be so fun and so beneficial to my mind, body and soul.
