My butthead cats woke me up around 4 o'clock this morning and I haven't been able to get back to sleep, so I decided to go ahead and throw a roast in the crockpot. It should be ready about 30 minutes before my fast is up. I'm already hungry like the wolf. Smelling my meat cook all day is gonna be rough! Lol I need to go back to sleep pronto!

Getting a late start on my breakfast and thought I'd check in on recent developments between bites.
I'm had a WOO moment followed by a BOO moment.
First the WOO... today was the day to do my two month measurement checkup and I'm super happy to see I'm down 14 1/2 inches overall in my neck down to ankle measuring!
Now the BOO... I just noticed the Silk almond milk I had my mister pick up for me is the original sweetened with cane sugar kind!
Ugg *feeling stabby*
So I had to go back and fix yesterday's food diary, and I'm undecided about what to do today. I'm thinking an experiment is in order. The thing is, drinking it didn't throw me out of ketosis and I still lost today. I had planned on having almond milk as part of my lunch and that leaves me with 2 problems. 1) my mister won't be home with the right one until late tonight, and 2) nobody in my house is gonna drink it, and I hate being a waster.
So I was thinking I'd use it today as planned and see if I'm still in ketosis and if I doesn't cause me to stall or gain tomorrow. I know since it has added sugar it's on the 'no no' list, but I'm still in range carbwise and I'd prefer to not be a waste-y wasterson. Not to mention I'm curious as heck now to see what happens. I've got a real curiosity problem. 😞

So, I've been doing the intermittent fasting deal the past few days. I have my breakfast at noon and finish eating for the day by 8 at night. I'm not sure if it's hunger or boredom, but I just went ahead and planned/logged my meals for the day. I'm thinking I may make this part of my daily routine. That way I won't have any surprises and won't find myself in a panic later on trying to figure out what the heck to eat and stay in range. This gal needs structure to succeed!
Bonus... the anticipation of knowing I'm having my super yummeh unstuffed peppers for dinner tonight has me super stoked!
