I prayed so hard as I stood on the scale this morning and I watched the bleeping 0.0 continuously flash as the scale calculated my weight. I have been working so very damn hard at this and needed to see an improvement in the numbers. I am usually patient but today...just today give me a signal I was on the right path. BAM! I STOOD THERE SHOCKED. Maybe it's broken...so I stepped on and off 4 times...same number each time.

I was hoping it would say 290! Wow....1 small tear and a very big smile later, I dove back into my routine of making my tea, taking my supplements and getting lunch and dinner started so I could enjoy my Saturday before my gig tonight.
Someone just emailed me asking where they could get more information on

HELP! RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS!
I am holding firm to my resolve to eat high fat, low carb, modest protein. I am staying as close to 10% carbs, 20% protein and 70% fat per day but it is hard as heck-fire!
The only thing I can stomach seems to be bacon and cream cheese...everything else upsets my stomach. Anyone else relate, been thru it and have a remedy? Or have other high fat food options that didn't bother you too much. Coconut Oil is so OUT as it is too hard on my stomach. I do Avocado on eggs a couple of times a week. Running low on options.
Feedback would be very helpful.
