Well this stupid alert thing keeps bothering me to weigh in but nothing has changed. I had a huge weight drop over a week ago and have plateaued since. Boo. I've been doing really well this week and have a very busy weekend ahead so hopefully that will add a lot of extra exercise. I've been more hungry the past few days and I think that's prob from exercising more, so I up'ed my calories to compensate. I've been doing pretty solid with the weights though and am seeing the muscles now. I actually have a bicep, cool. I just want to see the scale move so bad, just a little. I've lost 20 pounds so far, and you really wouldn't know I needed to lose that since I', 5'7" but I have and I'm still going. My goal has been to get to 140 but now I am wondering if I can go lower, I have a pretty small frame. I have always heard to set realistic goals for yourself or you will just burnout and quit, but recently I read that women who set unrealistic goals tend to lose more weight. So Maybe once I get past 150 I'll move my ticker down a little lower to motivate myself. I have been trying lots of new things and none of them are seeming to get me past this plateau. Grr.

I had a whole bunch of blood work done today, and I had no time left on lunch so had to eat Mickey D's :( now I've felt like crap all day. It's nice that my body is rejecting the greasy McNuggets but yikes. Feel very blah. I should have got a salad there but I really hate salad. And they put cheese on all of them and I have a weird thing about cheese -only for pizza or macaroni. Or fried mozzarella. Mmmmm. Wow, my journal is really becoming like the confessional on Real World. lol. No more McDonalds. my tummy hurts.

Awful day yesterday. Had to leave work after an hour because I was having an episode like the one 2 months ago. Shortness of breath after standing, heart racing, dizzy and nausea. This happened a few times 2 months ago and is the reason my doctor wanted me to change my diet, and cut out soda and most sugar. sigh. I'm going to go and have some blood work done today on my lunch hour and hopefully that will give me some answers since this is obviously not a diet issue anymore. I was never that out of shape, just some extra pounds, but now I am much more in shape and should not have trouble standing or walking 10 feet. I'm 20 lbs lighter-in a healthy range for me- and eating healthy and this should not be happening again. It's a little scary.

I just put in a 3 lb loss yesterday and now another pound? The only way I can explain this is that my metabolism is finally back to the way it used to be when I was in high school and really skinny. Because I havn't been doing anything different and all of a sudden I'm dropping weight like woah. Has any one else experienced this?

Just went to the gym and got my measuements done. 33" waist! how hapy I was to see that!
Bodyfat is 34%.
BMI is now 24.1
I'm having a hell of a day! Thanks to everyone for the comments and motivation, it's all of you that have made me able to stick to this!
