Day 4 today! I went 300 calories over my limit today but I did more exercise than usual. I was pretty hungry. The first week is nearly complete! These journals have helped. Also if anyone wants to make good healthy chocolate pudding, I have a delicious recipe. That's all for today! I will journal tomorrow!

Day 3! Did pretty well today. Stayed under my calorie goal for today although I am still a bit hungry. I know the first month or so is the hardest because of the drastic changes to your diet so I am using these journals to keep me accountable! See you in tomorrow's journal!

I stuck to my eating plan today. Although I did gain weight, it's the second day of my journey so the effects of my bad eating are still coming back to bite me. It will probably be a couple weeks before I start seeing any progress on the scale so I will just be patient. For the people who are new, I am around 160lbs and my goal weight is 125lbs. For reference I am 5'6". See you guys tomorrow!

Ok so this is my first journal entry. I lost 20 lbs before and was pretty close to my dream body, then I let myself go, procrastinating when I would get back on track and what do you know, now it's 6 months later and I still haven't. I know I need to make a change, fast before I go back to my pre-weight loss weight of 160lbs, during covid. I am looking for people to keep me accountable, I have been avoiding the scale but I think it's time to find out how much I gained, and woooahhh, ok, I'm back at 160. I am dedicated and hoping to drop to 130lbs, 125 lbs is my dream goal. I am going to put my all into this once again, I am going to do this and I am going to journal daily to keep me accountable, wish me luck!
