I am stressing about tomorrow. I love home cooked comfort food. I really don't want to mess up my hard work. I'm even wearing my size 5 pants today!!!!! It's amazingly rewarding feeling.
Anyone have any tips or tricks to make it through?

First night I feel like I really didn't control myself like I have been.
My day consisted of:
8oz 50/50 Eggnog/2% milk latte (Rough estimate 10g carbs)
Protein Shake (6g)
Pepperoni and Mozzarella (0g)
Bouillon (1g)
40oz Water (0g)
Garden Salad w/ Ranch (5g)
Parmesan Cream Sauce on Grilled Cod (3g)
Side of Broccoli (10g)
1 cup Yellow Rice (45g)
80 carbs is more in one day than I have had in a the past 2 months. I'm really disappointed in myself. The Rice really was the last thing I ate and I knew I shouldn't have been eating it. I almost ordered my dinner without the bed of rice but figured I could eat a bite or two with the parm sauce and move on... I was WRONG.
Here's to doing better next time. :)

5 days to weigh in. I'm feeling really good about it. I've still been sticking to my dirty-lazy-keto lifestyle.
We moved my horses to a local boarding facility so I can start riding again. It's been a long few months off. This timeline has been great though because I was able to establish nearly 60 solid days of my new diet before changing my routine more.
I'll be cleaning 3 stalls a day as well as riding hopefully 4 or 5 days a week for an hour a night.

Added bouillon cubes in hot water to my office day routine. Here's to hoping that it helps my headaches. Thanks for the tip fellow Fatsecret member.
Also, purchased my first in home espresso machine with milk steamer. All the experiments to come.

Weighing in again in 11 days. I'm nervous as always but I still feel good and I find myself more easily turning away high carb foods. Made a smoothie this morning - only had half and half in the fridge, no unsweetened almond milk left, and it's really just too sweet for me. Plus, I'm not lactose intolerant but dairy first thing in the morning isn't typically a great choice for my stomach. Going to head over to the market across the street and get some veggies and breakfast sausage.
Just to share my newest favorite coffee shop keto hack:
12oz Latte
SF vanilla
Heavy Whipping Cream as the base
= ZERO added CARBS (2g from 2 espresso shots)
I can get this at Starbucks with a little work on the ordering side.
Extra Tips:
- If you have them add the SF vanilla to the cream before steaming the foam will be sweet vanilla too.
- Ask for extra foam to help if you don't like the thickness
- Get the whipped cream (only +1 Carb)
