Wow, the weight is dropping in baby steps, I have been working out hard for myself. We to Studiofit yesterday for an hour workout then immediately went to YouFIT and did an hour on the treadmill. Weight loss program. I worked up a sweat at both. Today I am going to hike San Tans and run back around the mountain loop as much as I can. Total distance is about 4.5 miles. I will walk up the big hill which is about a mile from the car and once I get to the top, I will run/walk the loop back around on Dynamite trail back to the trailhead. This is one of my favorites hikes.

This is a little trickier then I thought. I should have cut back on my veggie link for lunch and had only half. I'll make adjustments at the end of the day meal.....
