I knew I was having a cheat day over the weekend so I ate under 500 cal tues-fri. Weighed in Monday at 231 by Friday I was 227lbs lol. I ate at Golden Corral twice this weekend. Was only suppose to be once but family had a little get together. But I ate fruits and veggies. Good I prepared lol. So today I'm back at 227 after gaining 3 lbs for the two cheat days. Lost the 3lbs in a unhealthy way I will confess but IT HAD TO GO! And I didn't feel bad after my cheat day this time like I thought I would. Awesomeness

So a issue has surfaced. I'm totally fine with my weight loss but my friends and family are becoming concerned with how fast it's coming off. To me it's not coming off fast enough. It's not a obsession. But them being concerned has me evaluating my lifestyle. Am I eating enough? Do I need to eat more? Maybe I should have a cheat day. I dont have cheat days because I dont want to gain I keep saying Ill have one but.... Then I pull out. They see my portions and what I eat. They treat me like I am a anorexic in which makes me self conscience when I do eat. But I'm fine it's just the way my mind works Sugar+big portions = fat

So I lost 20lbs in 9 weeks doing the "Lose 20lbs by April" challenge. In all I've lost 31lbs only 33 to go! Will feel awesome to have lost more then what I need to lose hahaha. For anyone who is really struggling its ok to slip up. At the beginning I slipped, I've cried, I have felt alone, I felt like "the fat one" and some days I felt like I was going insane! Small steps. Don't just dive in and give up every food, drink and hoohaa and go from there. Try to switch from soda to water. One soda a week. 8 glasses of water a day is bull doo doo. All I drink is water and I still can't get to 8 glasses lol. I used to HATE water you grow to love it OH and try and drink from a water bottle, it goes down easier. Why, I don't know. Remember trail and error. This isn't something you are doing for a few months then going back to bad habits NOOOOOOOOO! This is a life commitment. You will learn as you go. I stay googling, asking fitness junkies and health nutritionist questions and til this day I still do a lot of reading... Like at walmart when there is 1.2 million people in line and only 2 registers open, I get a health magizine and read it. As they say workouts never get easier you just get better, its true. I workout at least 3X a week. I actually love working out WEIRD. And be patient. I'm naturally a impatient person. But it takes a lot of patients but don't worry you will get there. Last but not least ****** SUPPORT***** if it wasn't for Fatsecret and my workout partner there is nooooo way in hell I would of gotten this far. The support from you guys is remarkable. This site should change its name from Fatsecret to successsecret. Oh and drink tea! A little green tea never hurt anybody... Natural sugars only! Pure honey!
