Crazy busy week & didn't get in the workouts I planned on. I need daylight to get my cycling in! will surf my butt off this weekend!

No time to work out this past week. also with the fires going on things have been hectic. Been eating real well though. I increased my daily RDI because I go over it often with all the fruit I eat. Based on Fatsecret's estimation I should have an RDI of 2800 Cals to lose 1 lb a week, based on my activity level and age. I'm still below that by 400. My RDI was 2000 & now it is 2400.

Only got two workouts in this week. That and being starved to death on Tuesday at a seminar and then only having hot dogs, sausage, & other junk available to eat. Total intake went over a few time this week, but aside from Tuesday, it was all fruit & vege carbs. That doesn't bother me When my good carbs are high. I eat a ton of fruit everyday. Especially since I've been riding again. I am pleased with where I'm at. 200 lbs is perfect for me! I only want to get to 190 so I can have that 10 lb cushion to play with.

Chipping away the proper way. High carb low fat. But the right carbs. Fruit, veges, beans, & chicken. Lots of really sweet fruit since I've been cycling again. It keeps my motor running. Cycling at least 3 days a week after work. And drinking lots & lots of water. Especially since it's been in the 90's all week.
I did have two of the most awesome homemade tamales today for breakfast. A friend brought them in and I just had to have a couple. Eating good most of the time so I can indulge from time to time. Cinco de Mayo coming up so I know there's some tasting food in my future!!! Love you Stigi!:-)

I was actually 200 lbs even. Getting back on the bike has definitely helped. Also keeping my juice & smoothie routine going. I use probably 6 bananas & 4 oranges a day in smoothies, along with other fruits (pineapple, mangos, dates, etc). Also have my green energy blast juice almost daily. Solid food meal is at dinner time after my workout. Also snack on nuts some days. Physically I feel very good! I'm happy @ 200 lbs but want to get to 190 & use that as my low point & 200 my max.
