I don't know how I did it but I didn't gain any weight but I didn't lose any either. I knew for sure I was going to gain a pound or two from eating the steak and potatoes. Saturday was a high points day for me. I took a large portion of the flex points just on that one day. I do not want to go into my activity points so I am really trying to stay within my daily allotment.

I totally goofed on trying to balance out my meals for the day. I normally eat breakfast at work or on my way to work. I had planned on eating Quaker Weight Control cinnamon oatmeal (1 packet) with some wheat toast but got here and was swamped immediately. One of my co-workers brought me coffee (because they know how I fix mine)and before I knew it, it was 1:00 and time for lunch! I know that a balanced diet is an important key to weight loss and I don't want to be starving after I work out. I usually go to the gym right after work and then go home
.
So far so good!

Okay...wow that exercise everyday thing really helps you feel better when you wake up in the morning. I have not overslept the last two mornings. I have actually woken up refreshed. I did my first step class and felt like my heart was going to leap out of my chest and tell me I was on my own. lol. The high impact was actually for 40 minutes as the warm up and cool down was for the other 20 minutes. When we were finished I felt like I couldn't walk but once I got home, I decided to do some Wii exercises. I didn't go to sleep until 1:00 am which is really late for me but I woke up without the alarm at 6:30 am and am feeling great!

My breakfast this morning was a breakfast sandwich made with whole wheat toast, egg beaters, Oscar Mayer shaved ham (4 slices), and 2% cheese. I sprayed the pan with Pam and browned my toast and cooked my egg beaters then put it all on the sandwich to melt. That was at 8:00 am this morning (CST) and it is now 12:18 pm and I know I need to eat to remain constant but I am not hungry. I am going to have a grilled chicken salad for lunch.
