Haven't been here for some time, and as a result I've been eating too much junk! Back to LCHF WOE, tracking my food, and dropping these last 10 lbs. Go me!

So, who all is from the Northeast or Midatlantic US? Anyone notice that it's snowing? I planned on hibernation for today, but only the staying inside part. Hibernation means not eating, and I've already done plenty of that. :( Well, NY & NJ have declared "states of emergency", we're banned from driving, etc. and snow's falling at a rate of 3" per hour. I've gone out and shoveled 3X so far, and still can't see my front walk or driveway. Great exercise, but when I'm done I'm eating soup or anything else I lay my hands on. It will all be over tomorrow. Blue skies, 35F and time to clean up. Hopefully, I won't do too much damage to my weight (which hasn't budged for the last 2 weeks.) Anyhow, hope all in this area are safe, sound & warm. No power outages or other problems. Let us know how you're doing!

I'm certain that Sunday's fast helped. I was fairly "bloated" from all the prime rib & garlic mashed potatoes over Christmas, my birthday & New Year's Eve. My last weigh-in was on the first, so my body has also had a chance to react to changes in diet and drastically lower carb intake. Moving in the right direction. :D
