Finally done with allergic ragweed asthma & meds..fingers crossed it dont come back cause 20 days of steroids...you gain alot of weight ...I saw pics of muself from my Sons wedding and I was so shocked at how much I have gained...Yesterday started a new leaf for me..I can do this

well I went back to WellNow Clinic this morning cause I have allergic freaking Asthma...Fall weather HATES me...Have times I can't breathe at all, other times wheezzing..I've had it every Oct Nov for almost 10 yrs now..I'd like to hit Mother Nature but I love summer...They gave me steroids again and augmentin..
Cant wait for this to stop..(and yes I was on Claritin)

Our Son was married Monday at Pretty place South Carolina..Beautiful place beautiful wedding... I am so happy he found someone to love who loves him back! We never go on trips and I was so stressed out..Ragweed has brought back some wheezing..again..so I was stressed about the trip going to all those woods..Once we got there I started having anxiety attacks, couldnt breathe..I was so emabarrassed...it was very stressful having them more than a few a day..Now that Im home my body hurts so bad from being tense...So today I turned off the phone and laid on the floor doing long slow stretches..its helping...and between that and belching..yes belching..I guess from being out of breathe and sucking in too much air..I was miserable..I have to do better and stop stressing, and get into shape..thats about it
