well 2 weeks at the gym and the scale is finally going down!!!!(im not using my scale anymore, im sticking with the gyms) I just bought a book called super foods rx and im starting to incorporate some of the foods listed with the exception of grains as I am really seeing and feeling a difference that is negative when I consume them :/. it seems like a really good book so far but I will check back in on Saturday and let you guys know. Also there is a writer on yahoo doing the whole food 30 that is also inspiring me to stay with everything ive started. So yes Jonathan grrrrr im a lion today not a tiger, tomorrow maybe different but as Glen says one baby step at a time :) God bless you all in your journeys!

So I'm putting my foot down with bread! I'm going to try a low carb lifestyle for the next 30 days and if it isn't to hard with my limitations I'm going to really buckle down with it. I did Atkins before but I ate meat then and I lost weight. I just get really bored without pastas and bread but I think that this is the real reason for the scale fluctuations! 15 years Ago I was pregnant with my son and developed gestational diabetes so I know I'm sensitive to carbs. So new hopes in the am!!! 😇

Happy Memorial day to all of you out there!!! Hope your day is filled with laughter joy and remembrance! well today I am working from 2 pm til 7 am tomorrow morning :/ my coworker said she will let me off at 4 am but I think it might get busy tonight so we will see. So ive come to realize that my body cant even handle a little sugar like that in fruit, I get moody, irritated and tired. or example of the sugar intake I make this smoothie called a peanut butter and jelly. to make it takes 11/2 cups of unsweetened frozen strawberries and blueberries, 2 packs of sweet n low, I tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter and a splash of milk. 30 grams of carbs give or take, and I just love it but cannot handle the sugar rush. ive been tested for diabetes just recently and doc says everything is normal. She prescribed me belviq and im supposed to check in with her in july to do more tests and check on my progress. I wont take the belviq because it has the same active ingredient as wellbutrin so im giving this my all before I need to take stuff like that! the past 2 days I have been at the gym really sweating and last night at work (waitress)I really tried to stay on my feet and take more than my share of customers. Here is hoping for some really good results!!! :) God bless all of you and your families!
